Josh Ausherman

My name is Josh Ausherman. I grew up in Greencastle, PA and currently reside in the area. After receiving my Bachelor’s in Business Management in 2003 from Millersville University, I moved out west to work for a Mountain Resort and to enjoy the many outdoor activities associated with the Rocky Mountains. I then moved back to the area in 2004 and pursued my career, and continue to do so, in assisting with the daily operations of managing our family-owned and operated business.

I’m knowledgeable on new residential construction and the financing that is associated with it. I consider myself well-versed with modular and manufactured housing due to the experience gained with working in our family business. I thoroughly understand the importance of communication, hard work, and integrity that is needed within several different facets of today’s housing market industry.

In my free time, I enjoy a mirage of outdoor activities. I also enjoy meeting new people, traveling, and spending time with my wife, family and friends.

I recently received my Real Estate License in Pennsylvania and Maryland and look forward to assisting you with the exciting process of building, buying, and selling real estate.
